We offer Overdraft Privilege as a customer option for managing overdrafts. This service offers peace of mind to qualified customers for the occasional “oops!” in your checking account.
An overdraft occurs when you do not have enough money in your account to cover a transaction — it happens to all of us at one time or another. Overdraft Privilege applies to checks, ACH or electronic transactions, ATM withdrawals, and everyday debit card transactions.
Participation in Overdraft Privilege is not mandatory. You may decline the service any time by notifying CBK.
Other overdraft protection options: Citizens Bank of Kansas offers other overdraft protection services in addition to Overdraft Privilege. If you utilize these optional services, you may save money on the total fees you pay us for overdraft protection services.
