CBK Announces Officer Promotions

Citizens Bank of Kansas is pleased to announce recent officer promotions.

Ben Drouhard promoted to Executive Vice President.  Currently serving as Senior Real Estate Officer and Community Bank President of the East Wichita Branch, Drouhard has over 30 years of banking experience.  His banking expertise includes commercial and residential real estate and business lending.  Drouhard joined CBK in 2006 and is actively involved with the Kansas Bankers Association and the Wichita Rotary Club.   

Bobbi Jo Dixon promoted to Senior Vice President.  Dixon joined the compliance department of Citizens Bank of Kansas in 2014 and has two decades of experience in banking and compliance. She serves as Compliance Officer and BSA Officer, and received her CRCM designation (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) in 2023.  Dixon also serves as Chair of Heartland Compliance, a consortium of regional bank compliance officers.

Jim Brunsell, Chief Technology Officer/Senior Vice President.  With nearly three decades of experience in the information technology field, Brunsell has developed, implemented, and supported technology solutions in a variety of industries including banking, construction, legal, medical, and retail. For the last 15 years, he has focused on infrastructure and information security within the banking industry.  Brunsell joined CBK in 2023; he lives in Wichita with his German Shepherd where he enjoys home improvement projects, woodworking, and refurbishing antiques.
