- $2 fee per excess withdrawal
- Statements are mailed at the end of May and November. Customers with a Citizens Bank of Kansas, N.A., checking account may receive a statement with statement banking.
- Accounts closed before interest is credited will not receive accrued interest
- Savings accounts with no deposit activity in a 36-month period will be considered dormant and will incur a charge of $7.50 per month
